This position is responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support with a variety of projects and tasks. With a pleasant, customer-service approach, he/she will work collaboratively and effectively with various internal and external customers.
Provides assistance in all aspects of project documentation as guided by the company’s Project Management Methodology, including project proposals, business cases and related research, preparation of materials in support of presentations, tasks related to project schedule creation and maintenance, meeting minutes, status reporting and issues/risks logs.
He/she is also expected to become proficient with and use any project-related support tools (such as SharePoint) and working closely with the project team to achieve the project’s stated business objectives.
