  • Overview

    This position is responsible for managing vendor relationship to ensure that purchasing specifications and contract requirements are being met as well lead the implementations of new lines of business and/or new benefits. This position will also be responsible for the oversight of the vendor work for new implementations.


    • Works closely with the director in the day-to-day management and oversight of the plan’s behavioral health vendor, including vendor’s compliance with purchasing specifications and performance standards
    • Responsible for working with other departments to coordinate data requirements and consultative services from the vendor under the direction of the director for implementations of new lines of business and/or new benefits
    • Oversees implementation and monitoring of vendor initiatives
    • Responsible for monthly meetings, including facilitating, setting agenda and monitoring responsibilities of vendor as described in the vendor agreement
    • Serves as team representative at internal and external meetings
    • Reviews reports and prepare relevant reports for team, internal and external customers
    • Serves as a representative for the company’s Clinical Affairs Committee
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Corporate Compliance Responsibility - As an essential function, responsible for complying with Neighborhood’s Corporate Compliance Program, Standards of Business Conduct, applicable contracts, laws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures as it applies to individual job duties, the department, and  the Company. This position must exercise due diligence to prevent, detect and report unlawful and/or unethical conduct by fellow co-workers, professional affiliates and/or agents



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health-related discipline
    • Two (2)+ years of experience in project management
    • Experience with NCQA requirements and PDSA cycle
    • Detail-oriented
    • Able to work independently in a flexible environment and able to manage multiple tasks in an efficient, timely manner
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Project Management software
    • Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
    • Excellent quantitative analysis skills


    • Experience in Public sector managed Behavioral Health
    • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines
    • Experience of working with state agencies to promote collaboration
