The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility plans, develops, implements and maintains the organizations communication strategy for internal and external communications, public relations, and social responsibility. The Senior Manager does this by making the public aware of the value and importance of the organization, enhancing its image, and securing the public's input and support for the programs, projects, services and operations of Neighborhood. The role oversees four professional level staff as well as various consulting services. This position does the writing for the executive team for internal and external communications.
This leader works alongside Neighborhood’s Executive Leadership Team to craft messaging that effectively communicates critical business information, mission, vision and values. This senior level position also has accountability for internal communications, external communications, crisis and reputation communications, media relations and public affairs, marketing communications including brand management and Neighborhood’s social responsibility efforts. This leader will effectively collaborate with other leaders and functions across Neighborhood to ensure messaging are clear, consistent, timely and appropriate for intended audiences.
